Useful details for reproducing a problem

• Device, operating system, browser and failing step: input, preview, creation, download or share.
• Chosen shape, font, engraving and displayed error. Check whether fictional text reproduces it.
• Redact names, document content, addresses and accounts from screenshots. Do not send tokens, cookies or passwords.

Tell us when a guide needs updating

Include the article URL, changed detail, app version or official reference. Describe the procedure without private documents. We cannot retrieve names or images from a server archive or provide individual legal advice.
